I finished my book ... in fact I did nothing else today but read ... I did manage to go and get coffee ... clean the bathroom ... and eat some tuna for lunch ... otherwise it was read ... read ... read ... and it was great ... I reminded me of why I haven't bought books lately ... when I get one I can do nothing but read ... when I was a child I was the same way ... I would sign up for the summer book club at the library ... where the goal was to read 100 books ... most kids read like 20ish ... I had finished the 100 books in a couple of weeks ... and we are talking Judy Blume books or the Trixie Beldon series ... no small feat ... but my mom was always trying to get me to put the book down and go outside to play ... so I would shove the book in the back of my shorts and pull my t-shirt down over it and sneak it outside where I would continue to read ... a geek at heart I guess ... I already have my next book picked out ... my friend Melanie suggested it ... but I think I am going to hold off for at least a couple of days so I can get some stuff done ...


well I really should get to bed ... I am taking my mom to the train tomorrow so she can go visit my dad for a couple of days and then I have a job interview that I am pretty excited about ... [fingers crossed] ...
