David did an absolutely amazing job on the basement ... virtually by himself ... I was of no help what-so-ever ... Mark did come help him with the lights, getting everything in place and then David installed them all on his own ... it is a whole new room down there ... one that doesn't give me the creeps anymore ...
the black ceiling is fabulous and the new drywall and painted cinderblocks plus all the new recessed lighting brings it all together ... there is one other thing we plan to do ... put in new flooring ... but there isn't a major push to get that done at this time ...
I really am impressed with how much work went into the basement ... a lot of insulation ... the painting and looking like a ninja ... drywalling like nobody's business and the shock of installing new lighting (pun intended) ...
once we build work benches and a place for all our tools it will be an AWESOME space to be crafty and handy ...
