i think my landlord is going to screw me out of my deposit ... just cause landlords can ... i don't know that i have ever gotten my deposit back and i have been renting places since 1989 ... once i left a house messy ... there was lots of stuff left over and furniture ... but otherwise i have cleaned every house ... to where it is ready to move in ... i am a great tenant ... i pay my rent on time and i never bounce a rent check ... and i am going to loose $750 moving out of here ...


i saw my landlord today and he was saying something about me not giving him enough notice ... this is fricken new york ... apartments are rented within days ... i almost didn't move here cause i couldn't find a place to live ... and to move into this place i had to give him $2250 ... 750 for the first months rent ... 750 deposit and 750 non-refundable just cause he gave me the place ... it is unreal the racket they have going on out here ...
