Sunday ... Funny ... Sunday

Sunday was a great day for all of us ... I especially had fun spending so much time with Curly Top ... we were too wiped out from the birthday party we went to on Saturday to get up early and go to the Soap Box derby ... which was alright ... it probably would have been too much ...

We still headed out rather early and went to Curly Top's cousin's naming ceremony and brunch ... it was nice the whole family was there ... both sides of my brother's family so it was very nice ...

After getting home we had outside day ... Curly Top wanted to do nothing more than strip down and get in the pool ... it was fantastic ... she hasn't wanted to go in her pool since it got warm ... but once she was in she had a blast ... blowing bubbles ... going down the slide ... splashing mommy ... it was fantastic ... I didn't want the afternoon to end ...

Once we came inside we turned on the Olympic trials and Curly Top loved the diving ... every time someone jumped off the board she exclaimed "ohhhhhhhh" and then clapped when they hit the water ... it is going to make watching the Olympics so so fun ... I can't wait till August ...

My parents stopped by for a bit right before dinner ... Curly Top did a full on dance show for them ... and loved the attention and showing off her new dance moves ... she was just beyond adorable ...

After dinner we read a bunch of books all snuggled up in her room ... it was just a perfect day ... filled with laughter and hugs and kisses ... I couldn't have planned better time with my little girl ...
